Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times & Costs

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time using the link provided in your email. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking KENAI information to update after dispatch.

KENAI CENTER is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
